’s newest BOOTCAMP, circuit training and personal training company is ran by head trainer and his partner Simone Clark.

David comes from 12 years as a Royal Marine/ Royal Navy Physical Training instructor, during this time gaining his degree in Applied Sports Science and qualifications in sports rehabilitation and nutrition among others.

Since leaving the forces he has been in demand with some of the UKs biggest celebs and has helped over a 1000 people lose weight (with some losing up to 9 stone) and change their lives, forever.

David has been based down south for the last 4 years as head of fitness in a residential BOOTCAMP. He was responsible for all aspects of diet, fitness and overall wellbeing for clients who would stay from as little as one day to 12 weeks.

Now living in Beverley and embracing the new challenge, has started with 2 sessions a week every Monday and Thursdays at 1900 on the Westwood opposite the racecourse. Looking to increase to eventually 30 SESSION’S A WEEK both on the Westwood and in the BRAND NEW GB BOOTCAMP STUDIO located down , Beverley (Opening September 2013).

GB BOOTCAMP Cater for all abilities, shapes and ages, David has trained people in their 70’s alongside teenagers, with everyone benefitting equally. GB BOOTCAMP are a great believer in its not what you can do, its how much you try!!!!!

GB BOOTCAMP also offer private sessions for groups of friends, work colleagues, anyone who doesn’t like the idea of sweating in front of strangers. For those wanting a more personal touch and even faster results they offer complete personal training, which can include detailed diet plans as well as tailor made training sessions.
