Beverley Town Cricket Club 2nd XI recorded a losing draw at the Norwood Recreation Ground against league leaders Hull Zingari.
The visitors racked up 239 for 9 with new signing Lee Storey (3-53), Guy Brumfield (2-42) and Pete Parnaby (2-52) prominent with the ball.
Tim Smith (68) and Jon Vodden (59*) led the Town reply as they picked up 13 points for the losing draw closing on 198 for 6.
