Molescroft FC Monsters climbed up the table thanks to a 4 – 2 win over North Ferriby United at the Molescroft Pavilion.
The Beverley side are now in fourth place in the Under 18s division of the Hull Boys Sunday Football League.
On Tuesday evening, the Molescroft FC will host Elloughton Blackburn the side that is currently bottom of the league. When the teams last met back in October, the match ended scoreless.
Three points on Tuesday would see Molescroft FC climb above Hedon Rangers into third spot.
