Hull Kingston Rovers beat their rival Hull FC 28 – 18 at the KC Stadium.
The Robins stormed into a 26 – 6 half-time lead with tries from Omari Caro, Craig Hall, Cory Paterson and Greg Edan with Tom Briscoe the England winner hitting back for the home side.
In the second, half of the match Hull FC battled back with tries from Ben Galea and Jason Crookes, but Edan scored his second of the game ending any hopes of a comeback.
