The Fairy Godmothers on Ladygate, Beverley formally known for their wedding dresses, prom dresses and evening wear have added pageant hire gowns to their extensive collection.
The need for pageant wear first came about when approached by then Bishop Burton College student Hannah Hunter, who was competing in a pageant in Wales. Hannah who has recently been crowned Miss Community UK and has travelled all over Europe to compete in pageants and has a number of national titles to her credit.
Hannah is now organising a small pageant to raise money for charity as part of her Miss Community title.
Hannah will carry on raising money for the following year as well as continuing with her pageant career. The Fairy Godmothers will be supporting her in her mission by making sure she looks a typical beauty queen in their glamorous dresses.
