Beverley Town Cricket Club’s seconds beat Hull CC at the Norwood Recreation Ground.
Hull won the toss and put Beverley into bat who set the visitors a target of 264 runs. Anthony Spence top scored with 93 while Paul Best ended with 89 not out.
In reply, Hull were bowled out as they managed to score just 154, Matt Smith was the pick of the Beverley bowlers with five wickets as he finished the day with figures of 5/36.
