Beverley Town Cricket Club’s seconds beat Clifton Alliance CC at the Norwood Recreation ground by 3 wickets in the York & District Senior Cricket League.
Beverley won the toss and put the visitors into bat who managed to get just 126 runs.
Guy Brumfield, Peter Parnaby and Brad Dobson all got two wickets each while Adam Nicholson and Jamie Roe got one each.
Beverley got the required runs with the loss of just six wickets as Jon Vodden top scored with 66 in an innings that included 6 fours and a six.
