Do you love your rock and roll but have never got out there on the dancefloor?
Beverley’s only Rock N Roll Night – held at Armstrongs Social Club on the last Friday of every month – is bringing a rock and roll dancing expert to their next gathering on Friday 24 June.
Live music is the key to any Rock N Roll night at Armstrongs, and setting the tone for the night will be Boogie Up A Storm.
But before the band play Eileen Rayner, from Rayner’s Rock N Roll in York, will be on hand from 7-8pm for anyone who wants to give rock and roll dancing a try.
The cost for an hour’s tuition is only £1 and entry for the band and an evening of quality rock and roll is £8.
Armstrongs manager Sally-Ann Rena said: “We would encourage anyone who loves Rock N Roll music to come and join in.
“All are welcome, no partner is required and two left feet are also ok! If this night is a success Eileen will be teaching regularly every month at the club!”
