Start Swimming Lessons Immediately at Beverley Leisure Centre

Beverley Leisure Complex is able to offer an immediate start for our pre-school swimming lessons. All lessons run daily from Monday to Saturday during the afternoons and evenings. Classes on a Saturday take place in the morning and across tea time.

Pre-school sessions are for children aged three to five years. There is a maximum of six children in a class and the teacher is in the water with the children. During these sessions, the children work through the East Riding Aqua Start award scheme. Pre-school lessons offer a progressive aquatic awareness programme designed for young children, combining a flexible mix of lessons, activities and incentives. They focus on creating fun, positive experiences for young children that will help them to develop physically, emotionally, intellectually and socially, while equipping them with key safety skills in the water.

Courses of lessons run in 10 week blocks and cost £39.
