The Y5 pupils in Mrs Fox’s class at Beverley St Nicholas Community Primary School have very few games to keep them amused during wet playtimes. They wanted to raise some money in order to buy some more.
The Beverley Local Area Partnership ‘Working Choices’ was very successful. Held at the Mecure Hotel, Willberby (formerly Ramada Jarvis), the event saw more than 300 Beverley sixth form students finding out about alternative career paths available to them other than going to university.
