Beverley Minster was filled with glorious music when the East Riding County Choir performed Handel’s Messiah. The capacity audience was treated to fine singing from the soloists, Ildiko Allen (soprano), Rupert Enticknap (countertenor), Mark Chaundy (tenor) and Jonathan Gunthorpe (baritone). East Riding County Choir Put Prepare For Tonight’s Performance

The East Riding County Choir have been rehearsing since September and tonight at Beverley Minster they will perform Handel’s Messiah. The final rehearsal is used to give the choir the opportunity to become accustomed to acoustics of the Beverley Minster and being accompanied East Riding Sinfonia.
