Beverley ARLC Present An Evening With Leon Pryce

Beverley ARLC say they have limited tables left for their annual sportsman’s dinner that takes place next month.

Now in its fifth year, the Blue & Golds will host a special dinner with their guest, Leon Pryce, a highly decorated player.

Pryce, who is 35 and from Bradford has been a professional since he was sixteen years-old playing mainly standoff though was versatile enough to feature anywhere in the back line.

A spokesperson for Beverley ARLC said;

“Our annual sportsman’s dinner continues to grow in popularity as it gives fans of the sport a chance to get close to some of the biggest names in rugby league.”

“Ticket sales have been good, though we still have a few tables left if anyone wants to enjoy a great night while helping support the club.”

“We are all looking forward to spending the evening the Leon Pryce. He is a player with real pedigree winning major honours at a club level.”

Pryce has enjoyed a successful rugby league career. Over the years, he has played for Bradford Bulls, Hull FC, Catalans Dragons and St Helens playing just under 500 games in the top flight.

Other achievements for the player include representing Yorkshire, England and Great Britain on the field.

The event will also feature additional entertainment with comedian Mick Monroe, who is sure to get people in the mood with his wise cracks.

Tickets for the event are priced at £300 for a table of ten, or you can buy individual tickets for just £32.50.

Club sponsors, Acklams Coaches will be helping with travel arrangements by laying on a courtesy bus that will run from Beverley to Lazaat ‘s.
