Since opening five years ago Beverley Motor Works continue to grow and develop their business and now boast a client base of over 3000 people with some of their customers travelling from outside of our area order to take advantage of their expertise when it comes to BMW’s and MINI.
Speaking to HU17.net Richard said;
“We are the only workshop locally that has achieved the status, following an intense assessment by Which magazine. They spent half a day on site assessing how we dealt with customers and also the quality of the work we undertake here at Beverley Motor Works scrutinising all of our processes and surveying a sample of customers that had already used us to ensure transparency of the business and how we deal with customers.”
Richard is all too aware that visiting a garage can be a very difficult situation for a lot of people, he said;
“Generally speaking garages have a reputation for being places that many people find uncomfortable experience due to lack of communication or un explained charges.”
“With this type of accreditation customers have assurances that when they bring their car to Beverley Motor Works they can trust us to do a good job at the right price carrying all repairs and servicing out to the highest standard.”
Alan Lewis who heads up the workshop says achieving accreditation was not too difficult given the already high standards which he himself and his team deliver when dealing with customer vehicles.
When asked how he found the assessment process Alan said;
“During the assessment, we didn’t do anything different to what we normally do when we have any car in our workshop, there was no real pressure on me or the team getting through this assessment.”
“All we did is exactly what we always do, which is a high-quality job be it a small repair through to a major overhaul of the vehicle the quality and workmanship is never compromised.”
“Our customer feedback on numerous websites has been so positive that we are seeing an increase in customers travelling to us for further afield to bring their cars to us, based on the feedback from our already satisfied customer base.”
“Recently we had a client who came all the way from West Yorkshire with his MINI after been let down by a local specialist he needed a gearbox replacing. He chose us after seeing what our other clients had said about our work. After seeing their reviews he felt we were the best option to carry out this work, he has since been back with other repair work and recommended us to other MINI owners”
Everyone here at Beverley Motor Works is delighted to achieve this accreditation. It is a testament not only to myself and Alan but also to the rest of the team, we are all very proud of what we have achieved.
