Local Martial Arts Club Appeal For Help To Locate A New Venue

Kingston and Wadokai are seeking larger new venue to meet and train within Beverley area after outgrowing their current home.

Peter Beacock the Head Coach said;

“The venue which we are currently using has become too small to house our regular classes and sessions.”

“There is also a further urgency as we have discovered that the current venue we are using is to change ownership end of April and as of yet no agreement has been confirmed for us to continue.”

“As a result We are finding it extremely difficult to find a suitable venue within Beverley.”

“We provide a bespoke service to the families of Beverley and surrounding areas on a not for profit basis and the majority of the children and adults have been very committed investing  into the club for years.”

“Some of the children have attained a standard that will see them entering local and National competitions.”

“We would welcome any support to help us find  a suitable venue within Beverley to hold our weekly mid week sessions.”

As a club we are concerned that if a venue is not found soon that we will sadly have to close the club in Beverley.”

“The club is vibrant and growing with over 60 students attending each week. We are registered as a JKF branch in Japan, which means all grades are recognised worldwide.”

“We teach and promote Traditional Japan Karate-do Federation Wadokai Karate.”

Anyone who may be able to help the club find a new venue is urged to get in touch with Peter by emailing – peter@kingstonwadokai.co.uk
