The conveyancing process has altered dramatically over the years and Katie understands the need to develop and remain up to date with the ever changing legislate, case law and requirements while still meeting clients needs.
“With the introduction of the internet, email and e conveyancing the whole process is certainly a lot more challenging. It is very important to ensure you stay up to date with the evolutionary nature of the job.”
“The main thing is to ensure that clients are kept informed at what can undoubtedly be one of the most stressful times in life. If I can ease that stress wherever possible then this gives me great job satisfaction. I pride myself on being able to convey things to clients in a concise but clear non-legal jargon manner.”
