AFC Tickton went into the final game of the season knowing 2 wins against the league leaders Pelican United would lift them into the top spot, but in the first game Pelican held their nerve and secured the vital 1 – 0 win to cement their place at the top of the Hull Boys Sunday Football League.
In the second game Tickton never let their spirits drop and continued to play entertaining football, but the day belonged to Pelican United winning their final match 2 – 0 to the delight of all the players’ coaches and proud parents.
Well done to Pelican United Champions of the Hull Boys U9s Football League.
