Following up on last Saturday’s excellent win against Birkenhead Park, Beverley RUFC take on league leaders and probable champions Darlington Mowden Park at Beaver Park on Saturday.
This was more like it. After a below-par performance at Altrincham the previous week Beverley RUFC got back to their good form of recent weeks and secured a fine win against fifth placed Birkenhead Park.

This was rugby at its best. A cracking match in which the lead changed hands five times and the result remained in doubt until the final whistle.

This was an extraordinary game of rugby. Littered equally with mistakes and champagne rugby from the Beavers it was nevertheless an exciting game with, eventually, the right outcome.
