After reaching the final of a national refrigeration award, the HRFR team at a Yorkshire company is celebrating.
DK Heat Recovery, based in Beverley, has been shortlisted for the Retail Project of the Year award at the 20th annual Cooling Industry Awards.
“The Cooling Industry Awards are the biggest and most prestigious awards in the refrigeration and air conditioning sector. We’re delighted to have reached the final for the work that we did with Crimple in Harrogate where we used the waste heat from the refrigeration plant serving the Food Hall chill cabinets to supply the hot water for the whole site,” said DK Heat Recovery’s Marketing Director, Nigel Upson.
A competition will take place at the Grosvenor House Hotel on the 21 September between Liebherr-Great Britain, BrainBox AI, RDM and SK Refrigeration Heating and Cooling in partnership with Wolseley Climate and Chemours.
The team faces competition from Liebherr-Great Britain, BrainBox AI, RDM and SK Refrigeration Heating and Cooling.
