Set in a sparkling winter wonderland setting, Santa’s elves will have lots of activities to keep the family entertained while they wait to meet Santa, including a special play area provided by The Entertainer toy store.

The grotto has been designed and built from scratch and is based on a traditional castle theme set in a winter wonderland landscape. It looks amazing – the youngsters will absolutely love it!

“There will also be activities to keep the youngsters occupied while they wait to see Santa and we’re expecting the grotto to be hugely popular, so I would recommend parents book tickets in advance via our website.”

You can meet Santa and his magical elves for just £5, which includes a Christmas gift. Tickets are available at the grotto or you can book in advance on the Flemingate website at

Opening times for the grotto vary, so please check on the Flemingate website. Group discounts for school and nursery visits are also available. Please call 01482 320088 for details.
