Beverley 10K Runners Urged To Sign Up For Hull Marathon

If you were inspired by runners in the recent Beverley 10k and are looking for a challenge why not sign up for the RB on 13 September?

It’s a great chance for local people to run in front of their home crowd and achieve something really special.

The marathon route will take runners on a tour of the UK’s next City of Culture on closed roads past many of the city’s landmarks.

There are also sections in East Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire as runners leave Hull to make a return crossing of the iconic Humber Bridge before heading back to the finish in front of the Wilberforce Monument.

It’s not too late to start training for the marathon and training programmes are available online. If 26 miles is too big a challenge runners can share the distance between family, friends and colleagues in the relay race for teams of four. All finishers will be rewarded with a t-shirt, medal and goody bag.
