Tour Of Works At Houlton’s East Riding College Site

Property professionals in Hull and the East Riding have the opportunity to visit the East Riding College site which is part of the new Flemingate development site.

Simon Delaney, chartered building surveyor at Delaney Marling Partnership (DMP) is inviting property people along for a first viewing of this prestigious construction project on Thursday 26 March.

The RICS Hull & East Yorkshire local association committee invites property people to engage in professional training activity in the Humber Region. This includes site visits of brand new projects around the region and the Group is open to fellow property experts who would prefer to undertake their professional training as part of the working day rather than travelling to cities further afield.

Simon Delaney, Partner at Delaney Marling Partnership is on the Hull and East Yorkshire Association, helping to organise these events. He says:

“The Flemingate site will be very interesting to anyone working in the property sector. The College is a fantastic example of modern architecture and construction and we are very grateful to Houlton Construction for taking the time to show us around. Due to restrictions on the site we have limited space for 30 people. With this in mind I suggest booking as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.”
