Beavers Players Craig Hancock & Sam Atiola Take Rugby Into School

Beverley Grammar School has enjoyed a week with year 7 parents as they were invited to see, and take part in, what the boys do at the school.

Parents joined all lessons from maths to P.E. and some had to admit they were shown up by the boys, one parent commented that during a maths lesson they ‘sat at the back of the class and was very embarrassed at how little I knew!’

Parents who attended were lucky enough to be treated to a rugby class by Craig Hancock and Sam Atiola, 1st team players from local Beverley RUFC, who are visiting several schools in the area and working with pupils to promote the sport and its emphasis on team work and respect.
