Own a house at JUST £90K… is the smarmy Mr Stuart going to help folk get the 10% deposits also required? The £250 deposite idea seems like some sort of con to me – what’s wrong with renting? Oh silly me, I forgot we live in a capitalist state, where ownership of property, wealth and oneupmanship is the way we are meant to be. It’s easy to grin like Mr Stuart when you can afford it!

More important things in Beverley like the RECREATIONAL FACILITIES (the lack of!) more houses getting built on the old chemical site off Flemingate. I can’t wait to find out if these will be cheaper to rent than to buy…..while dogs crap all over the one field we have in Beverley to play sports. Joke.
