A leading hair salon group donated more than £3,000 to the Daisy Appeal after staff completed their annual Olympics in memory of a much-loved former colleague.
Teams from the Unique salons in Beverley, Cottingham and Hessle took to the fields of Blackburn Leisure Centre in Brough for the tenth edition of the sporting challenge and racked up the total raised at “Caroline’s Day” over the years to more than £40,000.
Unique Salons are celebrating double victory at the inaugural Yorkshire Salons Awards. They took the title of Best Salon in Yorkshire and also the award for Best Salon for Training.

Every year the three Unique salons host a charity day in memory of Caroline Abuelo, a Director from our Hessle salon, who sadly passed away in 2009 from breast cancer.
