“8 years ago I started my involvement with Beverley Folk Festival by watching Eddi Reader, who is for me, the most brilliant singer to come out of Scotland and probably the rest of the world.
N.U.R.S.E. Charity say the event festive event they organised was a massive success raising just hundreds of pounds.
The Beckside Christmas Cracker was community event that saw local school children and businesses come together and not only have fun but raise cash for a worth while cause.

Around 100 pagans all gathered at the Blackmill on the Beverley Westwood at 5am on the 1st may to celebrate “Beltane” and danced for the sun. A great sun rise was watched by many.
