The second race in the East Yorkshire Cross-Country League took place last Sunday over a challenging 6.6 mile course around Drewton Wold near South Cave. It was a misty and mild autumn morning and conditions were mainly dry underfoot with a couple of muddy sections. Hadley Beats Previous Time At The Guy Fawkes 10 Road Race

Three athletes from Beverley Athletic Club travelled to Ripley near Harrogate last Sunday to run the Guy Fawkes 10 road race.  This is a very challenging event with several serious climbs. The course was made even tougher this year by a slight change to the route. Hodgsons FC Reserves completed their pre season with a comprehensive win over Leven Members Club 5 – 0 at the Beverley Leisure Centre.
