A point was all that was needed for Hodgsons in order to gain promotion to the Humber Premier League, and they got just that. In what proved to be a very tough match, the tanners had to come from behind not once, but twice. Without leading scorer Adam Foster a start was given to Jordan Dexter. Danny Piwinski failed a late fitness test which meant Karl Wallis was able to…

A Jordan Dexter brace gave Hodgsons all three points at Hull Road, on Saturday afternoon. The performance was not vintage and at times the away side had to endure plenty of Withernsea possession. Although Withernsea did not create any real clear cut chances they did retain the ball very well. Hodgsons FC perhaps created the best goal scoring opportunities. Both Adam Foster and Jordan Dexter just could not find the…

A poor display saw the Tanners deservedly beaten by local rivals Beverley Town Reserves. Quiet worryingly the only highlight for Hodgsons FC was Jolly Thorne’s nutmeg on Town’s Richard Durham!
