Darren Rodmell Sets New PB in Derwentwater 10 Road Race

Two Beverley Runners Finish in Top Three At Burton Pidsea

Conditions were perfect for Sunday’s Burton Pidsea 10k and a record number of runners took part.  The 10k and fun run raised £1600 for the village hall appeal. Smugglers Trod 2010

Seventeen members of Beverley Athletic Club travelled to Robin Hoods Bay last Saturday to take part in the Smugglers Trod challenge event on the North Yorkshire Moors. It was an eventful day with some excellent performances, a spectacular stumble and several cases of getting lost. This year’s Mucky Duck 8½ mile race attracted a record entry and 229 runners completed the challenging multi-terrain course around Driffield last Sunday. Jane Tomlinson Hull 10K

Beverley Get Two Top Ten Finishes in the Horsea Marathon

The Hornsea 1/3 Marathon attracted a record entry this year and raised much needed funds for Marie Curie Cancer Care.  271 runners completed the 8.7 mile road race organised by the Rotary Club of Hornsea and East Riding.
