Beverley ARLC return to action this weekend for the first time since they contested the Yorkshire Men’s League Grand Final way back in September of last year.
Their game on Saturday will be the first of three pre-season friendlies against NCL opposition and the toughest, being against Premier Division outfit Myton Warriors.
With nine of the Beverley Braves either injured or unavailable and with many of the remaining 13 players playing out of position this was always going to be a testing encounter for the Braves

The blue and golds were left feeling frustrated last Saturday. The team, coaching staff and club officials arrived at Sirius Academy in anticipation of the match.

This match was originally arranged as a friendly for two sides with a gap in their fixtures but was later designated as an inter league Round Robin Cup game by the league.
