As the highly-anticipated 2021 Bennetts British Superbike Championship kicks off, Hull-based vehicle branding service Brandfixx is backing one young rider all the way, after announcing an exciting new sponsorship deal.
Silverstone hosted round nine of the British Superbike Championship. It took place on the National Circuit following concerns over the GP Circuit surface following the cancellation of the Moto GP.
Saturday saw Beverley racers, Jordan Rushby (Pirelli National Superstock 1000 Championship), James Westmoreland (Dickies British Supersport Championship), complete qualifying sessions in their respective championships.
It was a busy weekend for round six of the British Superbike Championship held on the famous Brands Hatch GP circuit for Beverley racers, Jordan Rushby (Pirelli National Superstock 1000 Championship-SSK1000) James Westmoreland (Dickies British Supersport Championship), and Sam Christie (Rider) and Adam Christie (Passenger) (Hyundai British Sidecar Championship).
The second round of the 2018 British Superbike Championship was held around the Brands Hatch Indy Circuit.
Beverley’s James ‘Westy’ Westmoreland competed on board the Gearlink Kawasaki in the Dickies British Supersport Championship, placing the Kawasaki fourteenth on the grid for the first of the weekend’s two races in a time of 47.2secs.
Tuesday saw the launch of the 2018 Bennetts British Superbike season with the media day being held at Donington Park.
Beverley’s James ‘Westy’ Westmoreland will remain with the Gearlink Kawasaki team riding one of the teams Ninja ZX-6R, stepping down from the Superbike class, to compete in Dickies British Supersport Championship where he has had much success in the past.
Beverley racer James Westmoreland competed in the twelfth and final round of the 2017 British Superbike Championship on board the Gearlink Kawasaki ZX-10R around the Brands Hatch GP circuit.
Qualifying saw him place the Kawasaki twenty third on the grid with a 1min 26.4sec lap for the first of the weekend’s three races.
Beverley’s James Westmoreland competed in round nine of the British Superbike Championship held around the Silverstone Circuit onboard the Gearlink Kawasaki, qualifying nineteenth with a 2min 07.6sec lap for the first of the weekend’s three races.
As the lights went green for the first race held on Saturday ‘Westy’ made a place up off the start and remained eighteenth until lap three before moving into seventeenth place.
Beverley racer James Westmoreland competed in round seven of the British Superbike Championship (BSB) around the notorius Thruxton circuit in Hampshire on board the Gearlink Kawasaki ZX-10R.
Qualifying saw him place the Kawasaki thirteenth on the grid with a 1min 15.2sec lap. As racing got underway he dropped back to eighteenth after a slow start.

Qualifying saw him place the Kawasaki ninth on the grid with a 1min 37.2sec lap in the wet after getting into qualifying three for the first of the weekend’s two races.
Beverley’s James Westmoreland competed in round five of the British Superbike Championship (BSB) at Snetterton in Norfolk on board the Gearlink Kawasaki ZX-10R.
Westmoreland started from seventeenth place on the grid after setting a qualification time of 1min 48.7secs.
James Westmoreland from Beverley competed in round three of the British Superbike Championship (BSB) on board the Gearlink Kawasaki ZX-10R around the Oulton Park International Circuit in Cheshire.
He will start from twentieth on the grid setting a time of 1min 36.4secs. As the lights went green for the first of the weekends two races ‘Westy’ had an average start and dropped two places off the start line.

He will start from twenty third and last on the grid as he did not set a time during qualifying.
East Yorkshire’s James Westmoreland, is set to return to the MCE Insurance British Superbike Championship in 2017, having signed for the experienced Gearlink Kawasaki outfit.
Having finished runner up in last year’s British Supersport championship, the Hull based rider has since been assessing the options, before electing to return full time to the premier Superbike class.
After spending the last two years with G&S Racing Kawasaki the 23 year old rider feels he has the structure in place to go it alone and intends to campaign a fourth year in the National Superstock 1000
