Ahead of headlining festival appearances this summer, one of Britain’s best live bands Stereophonics have announced an intimate headline show at Bridlington Spa on Wednesday 23rd August. Tickets go on sale 9am Tuesday 01 August.
Stereophonics have been touring and performing to sell-out crowds across the globe and will headline Kendal Calling on Y Not Festival, Victorious Festival on August 26th ahead of their set at BBC 2 Live In Hyde Park on September 10th.
‘Active Coast’ is a full programme of events and activities throughout the school holidays to celebrate sport and culture and allow people to explore, join in, and enjoy the East Riding’s stunning coastline.

A full house for OUR HOUSE has been announced, with street dancing sensation George Sampson confirmed to join the UK Tour of the Olivier Award-winning musical, at Bridlington Spa Monday 16 to Saturday 21 October.
Having won the second season of Britain’s Got Talent with his interpretation of Singing in the Rain, George has gone on to star in major films (Street Dance 2 and Street Dance 3D) and regular roles in Emmerdale (ITV), Waterloo Road (BBC), and Mount Pleasant (Sky). Playing the role of local bad boy Reecey, George joins previously announced cast members Deena Payne (Kath Casey), Jason Kajdi (Joe Casey) and Sophie Matthew (Sarah).

The festival was the biggest yet, reaching an audience of over 2,500 in two days almost quadruple since the first in 2015. A planning application has now been lodged by East Riding of Yorkshire Council as part of its proposals to extend and develop South Cliff Caravan Park in Bridlington.
The application will now go through the due processes and if approved, work would start on site in Autumn, 2017.
