There will be a taster session of gentle activities on Monday, 1 July at St Nicholas Community Hall, Holme Church Lane, Beverley.

Whistle Stop Bowls @ Norwood

Beverley Town Bowling Club hosted their 26th Whistle Stop bowling event at the Norwood Recreation Ground on Sunday. Competitors from around Yorkshire took part in quick-fire version of the traditional game of lawn bowls. The event was very well attended by players from around the region and was a colourful spectacle, made all that much better by some brilliant British summer  weather.

Nature’s Fairest Forms

A new exhibition “Nature’s Fairest Forms” will go on show at Beverley Art Gallery between 24 October – 28 November. The exhibition brings together the work of two artists, Dryden Rooney and Barbara Wood.
