Out of town retail park Flemingate have been given a much needed boost ahead of Christmas after the council approved an application for a taxi rank on the site.
Located just under a mile away from the Town Centre party goers will now be able to grab a taxi to get home or back into the town centre.
Eight-year-old Millie Mumby-Pyke made her family’s festive time extra special by claiming the big prize in Flemingate’s Christmas Trail.
Millie turned super sleuth to solve a series of clues placed in store and restaurant windows around the Beverley shopping centre to take the Christmas Trail first prize of a giant teddy bear from Wilko and a bumper hamper from Deli No. 1.
