“8 years ago I started my involvement with Beverley Folk Festival by watching Eddi Reader, who is for me, the most brilliant singer to come out of Scotland and probably the rest of the world.
Beverley Folk Festival is encouraging residents to come along and get a taster of what the event has to offer for just £3 each per day, with children under 12 getting in for free.
This festival entery gives attendees access to a wide range of events and sessions. If you like what you see and hear, upgrade tickets will be available, which allow access to all performances and venues for either half day, full day or the whole weekend, depending on which option you choose.

In 2013, a band called Lau took to Beverley Folk Festival’s concert marquee stage and blew the audience away.
Whilst the event organisers hoped the group would be popular, they were astounded to see this venue full to capacity, with a strictly one-in-one-out policy such was the demand.
