HULL : Affray, Princes Dock Street close to Sugar Mill

Police are seeking independent witnesses to an incident which led to the arrest of four men. The incident happened around 0130hrs on Saturday 14 July 2012 on Princes Dock Street, outside the Sugar Mill nightclub when four men, two white men and two men of Asian appearance became involved in a fight. Two 18 year old men, a 19 year old man and a 20 year old man were arrested by police at the scene for affray and have been released on bail pending further enquiries. It is believed that two women may also have had some involvement in the incident and police are appealing for them to come forward to speak to them, as well as anyone else who may have witnessed the altercation, particularly passing taxi drivers. Witness Appeal In Connection With Fatal Crash On Saltshouse Road, Hull

POLICE are making a further appeal for witnesses following a fatal road traffic collision on Saltshouse Road, Hull at approximately 0049hrs on Sunday 1 July. Kerry Ockelton (41), of Harleston Close, Hull sustained fatal injuries as a result of the collision in which a 15-year-old girl also suffered a suspected broken leg. The incident involved a green coloured Vauxhall Astra which was in collision with two pedestrians. Police believe that a number of motorists may have seen the green coloured Vauxhall Astra, or perhaps had some involvement with it, in the areas of Beverley Road, Sutton Road and Ennerdale or areas leading to the scene of the collision on Saltshouse Road, Hull between midnight on Saturday 30 June 2012 and 0100hrs on Sunday 1 July 2012. Any motorist who thinks they may have seen the vehicle in those areas of Hull, at the times indicated and can offer any assistance to police enquiries is asked to come forward. Additionally, police are particularly interested in speaking to the driver of a taxi which was in the Dunvegan Road, Howdale Road area of Hull around the time of the incident and may have seen the green coloured Vauxhall Astra.
