Humberside Police Appeal For Witnesses To RTC In Hull

Humberside Police traffic officers in Hull are continuing to appeal for witnesses to an incident that happened on Anlaby Road at approximately 1500hrs on Thursday 20 December whereby a man was injured whilst it is believed he was being carried on the bonnet of a small white coloured van. The man sustained leg injuries in an incident that occurred near to the junction of Porter Street and St Luke Street in Hull. The van drove along Anlaby Road with the man on the bonnet before it collided with a parked vehicle. Police are particularly interested to hear from anyone who may have witnessed events leading up to the man climbing onto the vehicle, in particular, his movements on Anlaby Road and a possible altercation with the occupants of the van believed to be a man and woman. HULL : Serious Accident Margaret Street

Police are seeking witnesses to a serious road traffic collision that happened on Margaret Street in Hull at 1400hrs on Tuesday 04 September. The exact location of the incident was at the entrance to the car park of the Asda store on Beverley Road. An 81-year-old male pedestrian was involved in a collision with a waste-disposal truck suffering serious injuries. The elderly man from Hull was taken to Hull Royal Infirmary suffering with severe leg injuries and remains there today in a serious but stable condition. The 51-year-old man driving the truck was not injured. The road was closed for a time to allow accident investigators to examine the scene and diversions were put in place. GOOLE: Trouble In Goole After Altercation In Scunthorpe

POLICE are appealing for witnesses to an isolated incident which is believed to have happened in Scunthorpe, resulting in a further incident taking place in Goole, during the early hours of Tuesday 14 February 2012. Officers in Scunthorpe attended an incident on Frodingham Road, Scunthorpe and a further incident on Old Brumby Street, Scunthorpe where a verbal and physical altercation is believed to have taken place between a large number of men. Following these incidents, at around 0233hrs a further physical altercation is believed to have taken place, again involving a large number of men, resulting in damage being caused to a takeaway on Swinefleet Road, Goole. A man is then believed to have then been ran over and two other men sustained leg injuries, close to the takeaway. The offending vehicle is then believed to have driven away from the scene at speed. As a result of the three incidents, a number of people were taken to Scunthorpe General Hospital, Goole General Hospital and Doncaster Royal Infirmary for treatment, some of them have been released.
