Siphoned Fuel Costing Firms Thousands

Police are requesting the public’s support in relation to catching criminals who target commercial vehicles in order to steel diesel or catalytic convertors. In one incident within a commercial yard in Crosslands Lane, North Cave a lorry was targeted and 300 litres of diesel stolen by siphoning from the fuel tank.
