Construction workers in Beverley and the surrounding area are being encouraged to sign up to a new Government funded training scheme aimed at up-skilling existing employees.
Llite Training in Hull has recently managed to secure a number of free places on a range of courses delivering nationally recognised qualifications to experienced construction workers.
Workers who have a wealth of construction experience but do not hold any formal qualifications will be able to access free training enabling them to achieve a Diploma Level 2, NVQ Level 2 as well as a range of Key Skills.
The qualifications are delivered using a combination of site visits, online learning and sessions at Llite’s Training Centres. In order to minimise disruption to work, each course is designed to suit the needs of employers and individuals, including weekend and evening sessions if necessary.

The training allows experienced employees to demonstrate their competencies and gain highly regarded qualifications, helping them to develop sustainable, high quality careers.

As part of the scheme candidates will be eligible to access further training such as, CSCS cards, Asbestos Awareness, and Health and Safety completely free of charge.
