Applicants may be expected to work shifts, on a rota basis, to include evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays, as one of a team of Customer Services Assistants – therefore flexibility of working hours is essential.
Reporting to the Customer Services Officers, the successful applicant will be expected to maintain high standards of service delivery, being actively involved in Health and Safety and cleansing throughout the Centre.
Specific duties include lifeguarding, supervision of the general public and promotion of services within the Authority. Ideally the applicant should have experience in the leisure industry with wet and dryside facilities and must possess a current RLSS National Pool Lifeguard qualification.
Experience of plant room operation, coaching qualifications and a First Aid at Work certificate would be advantageous.
