Hull City Council has published a decision record announcing that PBS Construction Limited will be appointed to construct the city’s first closed road cycle circuit.
Following a competitive tendering process the council awarded local construction company PBS Construction Limited the contract having demonstrated that it offered the best value and most cost effective solution.
