Mill Lane United played out a goalless draw in an ugly match with Park Athletic that saw one manager sent off from the sideline and numerous bookings. United manager Jackson was ‘delighted’ with the point.
Player Manager Terry Jackson who came off injured said;
“We were missing players again Parode was like a ‘Cat’ with yet another clean sheet, I was also pleased with the new signings new signings Bobby Collins and Robbie Haw.”
The point was not expected and Mill Lane United will certainly view the result as a point gained not two lost.
