Lone Piper Ends Excellent Armed Forces Day


A lone piper brought to an end the third Beverley .

A big crowd gathered for the closing of the event, after having been well entertained over the course of the day.

Highlights included a full drum head service, a fly-by by the legendary biplane and a performance from the .

Popular attractions, especially for the younger visitors, included a climbing wall and the chance to see inside a Scimitar fighting vehicle.

Veterans and members of marched alongside members of Beverley’s Air, Sea and Army Cadets, while the crowd were also treated to from Choir, Concert Band, and the Prince of Wales Division Band.
