Hull City Defender Jack Hobbs Visits St Nicholas School

, newly signed as a defender for three years, visited this Tuesday to present new kits to the boys and girls teams.

The kits were bought by the Friends of who fundraised over £500 for them.

A special assembly was held in which Jack presented the kits to the team representatives; Louis Hatch yr. 3, Matthew Armstrong-Rice  yr. 4, George Ibbertson yr. 5, Louis Platts   yr.6, Eden Mercer – girls.

The school coaches and were also present.

Jack has also played for and and made time for a private meeting with fans and teachers before presenting the kits.

It was a successful trip to Beverley, but it remains to be seen whether some of the professional footballer’s talent will have rubbed off onto the student’s new kit!
