Beverley Fire Station opened its doors the public this weekend.
There were plenty of families who turned out to enjoy the family fun day.
Local celebrity fire fighter Adam Foster was on hand to entertain the crowds. Fireman Foster is was pelted with wet sponges by the kids!
On a more serious note the lads from Humberside Fire and Rescue Service put a on a demonstration showing how pouring water onto a chip pan was not a sensible idea.
