Beverley Town faced Scarborough in a pre-season friendly on Saturday.
Town went behind early though on the stroke of half time leveled things up with a goal from Micheal O’connell.
In the second half it was one way traffic as Beverley smashed in a further four goals ending the match 5 – 1 winners.
Skipper Jonny Ricardo who also scored scored said: “We played a lot better after the break and could have scored more then we did.”
