Beverley will again be thrown into the global spotlight this week as the town host the start of the 2018 Tour de Yorkshire on 3 May.
Key figures from the world of cycling say they are looking forward to returning to Yorkshire for this year’s installment, adding the caliber of the course is big attraction to some of the top riders in the sport.
As the region continues to gear up for the Tour de France, East Riding of Yorkshire Council is reminding residents that Beverley will again be hosting some of the country’s top riders, in July, as they take part in the hugely popular Elite Men’s Circuit Race
Local businessman Lee Frost is once again lending his support to a Beverley Event. Lee who owns Beverley Car & Cycles on Norwood is proving the prize money for tonight’s Keith Jordan Memorial Cycle Race.
