Barrel Move Six Points Clear With Home Win

The Barrel made hard work of their game against Haltemprice though came out winners.

In a scrappy game the Barrel came out on top winning 2 – 1 to move six points clear at the top of the Division 1.

    Walkington 2-1 Haltemprice
    After an extremely scratchy start Walkington took the lead after half an hour with Mike Stansfield heading the ball back accross the goalkeeper from a Lewis Palin Corner. Haltemprice equalised after an hour Before Man of the Match Josh Palin Chipped the ball through to Brad Palin who beat the offside trap to Lob the Keeper for the winner.
