East Yorkshire home builders Risby Homes has strengthened its team with the appointment of Jemima Clarke as its Customer Care Manager.

In this new role, Jemima will work alongside Sales Manager Trina Henderson to support customers from point of sale onwards, ensuring their new home buying experience is positive and hassle-free.

With over 60 percent of homes already reserved on the Shepherd’s Rest development south of , Jemima will provide first-class aftercare and advice for buyers as they move into their new homes. 

Jemima will ensure any issues are swiftly resolved, work closely with the site construction team to action customer requests, and be the liaison to keep home buyers and the team updated.

With 11 years of experience working in customer care, from construction, hospitality to marketing, Jemima’s looking forward to taking on this next role:

Work began on the Shepherd’s Rest development in 2018, with the first residents moving in during November 2019.
