Peter Ward Homes Announced As Regions Fastest-Growing Housebuilder

Peter Ward Homes have been named as one of the 50 fastest-growing companies across Yorkshire. It is the only housebuilder in the region to have made this year’s list.

The Fastest 50 list recognises those market-leading companies inspiring belief, spearheading innovation and driving change. It is compiled by UK Top 100 law firm Ward Hadaway and supported by The Yorkshire Post.

The Ward Hadaway Yorkshire Fastest 50 highlights and celebrates the achievements of fast-growing, profitable companies in the region by compiling and publishing an annual list of the 50 fastest growing privately-owned businesses.

Peter Ward Homes have made it into the list for 2020, the third year running, after achieving three years of strong turnover growth and profitability.

Peter Ward, Managing Director of Peter Ward Homes said; “I am delighted that Peter Ward Homes has made the Fastest 50 for the third year running. To run a successful business takes an army of people, so I’d like to acknowledge the team behind me that supports the Peter Ward Homes brand.

“I’m particularly proud that we are the only housebuilder in the region to have made the list. We have had an incredibly busy 12 months and that’s set to continue throughout 2020; we have four new developments launching this year, with the first one, Deira Park in Beverley, opening in April 2020.”

The news comes in the same week the company launches its brand-new corporate identity and announces its biggest development to-date, Deira Park; a fantastic new development in Beverley featuring more than 250 homes.

The housebuilder will now go forward to the Ward Hadaway Yorkshire Fastest 50 Awards 2020 on March 20th, where awards will be given to the fastest-growing large, medium and small businesses in the region.

The Ward Hadaway Yorkshire Fastest 50 has been published every year since 2011 and is compiled and organised by law firm Ward Hadaway, which has offices in Leeds, Manchester and Newcastle.
