Central 42 Owner Says Time Is Right To Expand His Commercial Family

Central 42 owner Eyyup Demir says that his plans to open a new restaurant in the town will help make his family a little bigger. He is set to take a unit formally occupied by the Beverley Gin Bar.

Well know for his hospitality skills, Mr Demir also said he is excited about the new project. His vision is to not only open a restaurant but open the building up for functions.

Speaking to HU17.net Mr Demir said;

“We are aiming to open our new restaurant at the end of April but it could be sooner. As for a name we have a couple in mind but we have not settled on anything.”

“Part of the reason for taking on this venue is that it has a wonderful outdoor space. We feel the garden has a huge potential and can be used to host functions.”

“At this point, we do not want to give out specifics but I am prepared to say we have a theme and menu we want to introduce.”

“Being a resident in Beverley for the past ten years I have an idea as to what I think is missing. Also, I have a lot of experience in this industry and feel I know the people of Beverley well.”

Central 42 Has Proved Popular With Locals

“The time seems right too, I have a lot of good team around me. The owner of the building is a good man so working with people like this helps make things like this go smoothly.”

 “I want to assure people this will not impact on Central 42. We are established and the local community has always supported it really well.”

“I and my team and have had three and a half years running Central 42. With that in mind, I feel the time is certainly right for us to make our family a little bit bigger.”

“I hope people in the town will continue to support what we are doing. It would be nice to think they extend the loyalty they show now to the new venue.”
